Montessori 1 - Cocoon

Montessori 1 (Nursery) – Age Group: 2.6 to 3.5 Years

Montessori activities for the Montessori I (Nursery) group at Bambino Kidz focus on developing independence, coordination, concentration, and confidence. Children engage in carefully designed Exercises of Practical Life that help them perform daily tasks like sorting, pouring, folding, and rolling using scientifically crafted Montessori materials.

Sensorial activities introduce them to the world of touch, sight, and sound by exploring different shapes, textures, and sizes. Arithmetic activities bring the joy of numbers and counting, helping them understand quantities and numerical relationships. Language development is strengthened through phonics, sandpaper letters, and movable alphabets, making reading and writing both fun and meaningful.

Classroom sessions include patterning skills, coloring worksheets, and joining dotted lines to enhance fine motor development. Smart class activities and digital content foster awareness of science and environmental concepts through guided interaction. Thematic learning through role plays, storytelling, and “show and tell” sessions encourage expression and imagination. Daily outdoor playtime remains a favorite part of every child’s day!
